Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No Show Policies: For cancellations within ONE HOUR & not showing up to appt (considered a No Show 10 minutes after scheduled time) you will be charged 50% of whatever the service was.
If you're SICK: if you are not feeling well (even if it's a cold), please reschedule your appointment for another time. If you need to cancel within the one hour time frame, I won't charge you the fee. If you decide to come in anyway, then you will be charged the fee and told to leave. Besides myself, I have my family and other clients to think about. It's not hard to jave common courtesy of others.
Service Charge Fee: for all CARD TRANSACTIONS, you will be charged 3.5%. All cash, Venmo, & Cashapp payments there is NO extra fee.
