● Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled appt, please do so at least 60 minutes before. You can do it yourself through the app or TEXT me letting me know you need to cancel. If you cancel within the 60 minutes then you will be charged 50% of whatever the service was. ● No Show Policy: you are considered a "no show" when you're 10 minutes late for your scheduled appt. You will be charged 50% of whatever your service was. You can schedule for another appt, even if it's the time slot after your missed appt but you will still need to pay for the new appt in addition. That was a time slot reserved for you and it's not fair to me or other clients who show up on time. If you're SICK: if you are not feeling well (even if it's a cold), please reschedule your appointment for another time. If you need to cancel within the one hour time frame, I won't charge you the fee. If you decide to come in anyway, then you will be charged the fee and told to leave. Besides myself, I have my family and other clients to think about. It's not hard to have common courtesy of others. By scheduling an appt with me, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you.
